Razorbash
Register To Be a Vendor Today!
The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership fosters an environment that encourages participation, empowers students through organizations, offers diverse program experiences, and provides leadership opportunities. Proceeds from Razorbash 2026 will support Leadership Programs during the academic year.
What You Need To Know
Razorbash is the only opportunity for community businesses and nonprofits to market directly to our 32,000 students! Here you will be allowed to bring you own merchandise and other promotional items to showcase during the event to get your name out there!
Vendors are not allowed to have animals at the event, have anyone sign contracts with students or university staff/faculty, and no exchange of money for services. This event is for self advertisements for your company, not a place for any type of financial transaction.
FAQ
Where can I unload my car?
Vendor Load-In Information
This year, the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership (SIL) is implementing a new vendor load-in and parking process. Over the past several years, we have worked to make event setup safer and more convenient for everyone involved. Unfortunately, our previous load-in location near Founders Hall no longer meets the needs of the event, so we have transitioned to a new process designed to improve efficiency and safety.
Load-In Details
- Date: Tuesday, August 18, 2026
- Time: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m
- Location: Baum West Lot, 1285 S Razorback Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72701
SIL staff will be available on-site to assist with check-in and to help label vendor materials.
What happens with my items once loaded on moving truck?
After check-in, your materials will be carefully loaded onto a moving truck and transported to the Union Mall, the site of Razorbash on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
Once all vendor materials have been checked in, Boss Hog Moving Co., in partnership with SIL staff, will unload and place your items at your assigned
vendor location. This allows you to focus on setting up your display rather than transporting
equipment across campus on the day of the event.
For added peace of mind, overnight security will monitor the vendor materials to help
ensure everything remains secure until event setup begins.
Will drinks and food be provided?
Drinks will be provided, food however will be provided to students through certain vendors during the event time
